I have a complete and working COMPAQ PRESARIO CQ60-410US, that comes on, but the keyboard needs to be replaced. I tested it (See pics) using my desktop keyboard.
Come with a HP power supply.

A new keyboard on eBay is less than 20 bucks, and they're easy to install.
